Paddle billing support

Cloud Pro subscriptions are sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. For payment receipts, subscription management, or billing disputes, you can also use the links in your Paddle purchase email or visit paddle.net.

If you are not satisfied with our response, email [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.net for orders placed through Paddle checkout.
