This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Synrows Cloud Pro, an optional subscription for higher Synrows Cloud AI quotas, from synrows.app, operated by Synrows (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
Free desktop app
The Synrows desktop application — Explorer, Seed, and Analyze workspaces, all database adapters, Faker generation, local LLM, and BYOK — is free to download and use. No payment is required for the desktop app and it is not subject to this refund policy.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Cloud Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund. No questions asked.
Approved refunds end your Cloud Pro entitlement for the current billing period. The free desktop app continues to work. Your local projects, schemas, and connection settings on your device are not deleted.
Subscription renewals
- Renewals: subscription renewals are non-refundable for the current billing period once the 14-day guarantee window has passed.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your Paddle receipt email. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. Cloud Pro features remain active until that period ends.
- Auto-renewal: Cloud Pro renews monthly or annually until cancelled. See our Terms of Service for full subscription terms.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle handles payment processing, tax, invoicing, and billing-related customer service for Cloud Pro subscriptions. Refund requests are processed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under local law.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt ID.
- For Paddle orders, you may also use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your purchase confirmation email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Digital service
Cloud Pro is a digital subscription that unlocks higher Synrows Cloud AI quotas on registered desktop devices. There are no physical goods to return. After purchase, open Synrows → Settings → Synrows Cloud to connect your device.
